Welcome to Mind Busting Escape Rooms. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking services, phone services, SMS communications, and escape room experiences. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
- Mind Busting Escape Rooms (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates escape room experiences at 2258 Northlake Pkwy, Tucker, GA 30084.
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- These Terms apply to reservations made through our website, over the phone, through our booking system, or through authorized third-party booking services.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the most recent revision date.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Escape room experiences may be booked through our website, by phone, or through an authorized booking platform.
- Payment may be required to secure a reservation. The amount required will be disclosed before the booking is finalized.
- Some large-group, corporate, team-building, or special-event reservations may require a deposit rather than full payment at the time of booking.
- Prices may vary based on group size, room, date, time, promotion, or other booking conditions.
- Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional restrictions, expiration dates, blackout dates, or other conditions.
- Gift cards, promotional credits, and other prepaid products are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
- Full refunds may be available for eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.
- Eligible cancellations made at least 3 hours before the scheduled game may be offered credit toward a future reservation.
- Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled reservation may be non-refundable.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced game time, rescheduling restrictions, or forfeiture of the reservation.

4. Participation & Conduct
- Participants may be required to complete a waiver before participating in an escape room experience.
- Guests under the applicable age requirement may be required to participate with a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
- Guests must follow instructions provided by Mind Busting Escape Rooms staff.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in an unsafe, threatening, disruptive, abusive, destructive, or inappropriate manner.
- Guests may be responsible for intentional or reckless damage to property, equipment, puzzles, locks, electronics, props, or other materials.
- Illegal substances, dangerous weapons, and conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk are prohibited.
- Our escape rooms are generally private experiences, meaning groups are not ordinarily combined with unrelated guests.
5. Safety
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and posted within the facility.
- Guests should notify staff before participating if they have concerns regarding accessibility, mobility, lighting, enclosed spaces, physical restraints, special effects, or other room conditions.
- Mind Busting Escape Rooms may stop or modify an experience if necessary to protect the safety of guests, employees, or property.
6. Phone & AI-Assisted Booking Services
Mind Busting Escape Rooms may use automated or AI-assisted phone systems to answer calls, provide information, assist with reservations, check availability, provide pricing, collect booking details, and facilitate customer service.
Information provided during a phone interaction may be processed by service providers used to operate our booking, payment, communication, and customer-service systems.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing booking details, including the room, date, time, group size, and price, before completing payment.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
Mind Busting Escape Rooms LLC may send transactional SMS messages to customers who expressly consent to receive them, and promotional SMS messages to customers who separately sign up for them.
Transactional SMS messages may include:
- Secure payment links
- Booking confirmations
- Reservation details and updates
- Scheduling information
- Customer-service communications
Promotional SMS messages may include special offers, seasonal events, discounts, and booking reminders. They are sent only to customers who give express written consent using the sign-up form on our SMS Consent page, up to 4 messages per month. Customers who reply to our texts may ask questions and book with our automated text assistant.
Customers may provide SMS consent during an inbound phone call (booking texts) or by checking the unchecked consent box on the sign-up form on our SMS Consent page (promotional texts only).
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or booking services with Mind Busting Escape Rooms.
Message frequency varies depending on your reservation and interaction with Mind Busting Escape Rooms. Promotional messages are limited to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
If you opt out by replying STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you provide consent again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers only as necessary to deliver requested communications, process reservations or payments, and provide customer support.

8. Intellectual Property
The Mind Busting Escape Rooms name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, written material, room concepts, puzzles, videos, logos, and other proprietary materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission.
9. Photography, Recording & Room Content
Guests may be prohibited from photographing, recording, copying, or publicly revealing certain puzzles, solutions, room mechanisms, game content, or other proprietary elements of an escape room.
Please follow all instructions provided by staff regarding photography and recording.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers to help operate our website, process payments, manage reservations, send communications, provide analytics, or support other business functions.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Privacy

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, policies, legal requirements, or business practices.
