How to Book Your Large Group
Because larger groups require multiple escape rooms, large group and team building reservations are booked directly with us by phone. This allows us to make sure your group gets the rooms and start times you want.
BEFORE YOU CALL, PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING READY:
- Your estimated number of players.
- The date you would like to book.
- Your preferred escape rooms.
- A credit or debit card for the $100 deposit required to reserve your event.
Room Capacity: Most of our escape rooms accommodate up to 10 players per room. Cartel accommodates up to 6 players. Groups larger than a single room's capacity will be divided among multiple rooms.

We are open seven days a week, so your event does not have to wait for a weekend.
Sunday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:45 PM
Weekday daytime: our quietest hours, and the easiest time to get several rooms running side by side for one group.
Planning a Saturday? Saturday is our busiest day and rooms fill first, so book further ahead if your date falls on a weekend.
Please have your group arrive 15 minutes before your start time so everyone can be checked in and briefed together.
Billing for Companies
We can invoice your company if that is easier for your accounts team. A $100 deposit is still required to reserve your rooms.

We can accommodate large groups by running multiple escape rooms at the same time. Our team building pricing is available for groups of 11–80 players.
How many people can play in each room?
Most rooms hold up to 10 players. Cartel holds up to 6 players.
Can we choose which escape rooms we play?
Yes. Before calling, review our available escape rooms and decide which rooms your group would prefer. We will help organize the rooms based on your group size and availability.
Will our entire group play together?
Groups larger than a room's capacity will be divided into multiple escape rooms. Whenever possible, the rooms can run at the same time so your entire group can participate together.
Do I need to pay the entire amount when booking?
A $100 deposit is required when your reservation is made to secure your group's rooms and date.
Can we book our large group online?
Large group reservations requiring multiple rooms are booked directly by phone so we can coordinate room availability and make sure your group is set up correctly.
Do you offer custom start times?
Depending on availability and group size, we may be able to arrange special start times. Call us to discuss your event.
