Cartel Escape Room | Great Date Night Idea

Where to Eat Near Northlake Before or After Your Escape Room

We don’t serve food at Mind Busting Escape Rooms, although we do sell snacks and drinks. So a common question is where to eat before or after a game.

Good news: we’re on Northlake Parkway, and there’s no shortage of options nearby.

Before your game

Plan to eat first and arrive at least a few minutes before your start time. Your booking holds a 90-minute slot, so the timing is comfortable if you don’t cut it close.

  • Bambinelli’s Italian Restaurant (Crescent Centre Blvd): a family-owned Italian spot that has been serving Tucker since 1980, with pizza, pasta and made-from-scratch sauces. Generous portions for a group before a big game.
  • Marlow’s Tavern (LaVista Road): American tavern fare, craft beer and cocktails, with patios that stay open year round.
  • Fork In The Road (LaVista Road): Southern comfort food, from fried green tomatoes to seafood platters.

After your game

The after-game meal is where the stories come out: who found the key, who missed the obvious clue, who wants a rematch.

  • Hudson Grille Tucker (Northlake Parkway): a sports bar with burgers, wings and plenty of screens, plus party rooms for groups of 25 to 180. A natural next stop for a big team outing.
  • Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q (Briarcliff Road): slow-cooked Southern barbecue for a big, hungry group.

Make a day of it

Pair a meal with a room and you have an easy plan for date night, birthdays or a team outing. We’re open every day from 11 AM, with late start times until 11:30 PM (11:45 PM on Saturday).

Book your room at 2258 Northlake Parkway, Suite 105, Tucker, with free on-site parking.
