We don’t serve food at Mind Busting Escape Rooms, although we do sell snacks and drinks. So a common question is where to eat before or after a game. Our answer for groups is a Tucker original: Bambinelli’s Italian Restaurant on Crescent Centre Boulevard.
A Tucker story since 1980
Bambinelli’s started in 1980, when Bonnie Bambinelli, born and raised in the Bronx, moved south and opened a small pizzeria in Tucker. Her son Joey grew up in the restaurant helping build the business, and it is still family owned and operated today, with locations in Tucker, Midtown, Lilburn and Roswell.
The kitchen makes its sauces and rolls from scratch every day, and the menu covers pizza, pasta, salads and homemade desserts. If you’ve never been, their garlic rolls are a good place to start.
Before your game
A sit-down Italian dinner is an easy way to get a group together before a big game, especially for birthdays and team outings. Plan to finish up and arrive at least a few minutes before your start time. Your booking holds a 90-minute slot for a 60-minute game, so the timing is comfortable if you don’t cut it close.
After your game
The after-game meal is where the stories come out: who found the key, who missed the obvious clue, who wants a rematch. We’re open every day from 11 AM, and an early-evening game leaves plenty of time for dinner afterward.
Planning a bigger group?
We host groups of up to 80 across several private rooms at once, and Bambinelli’s offers private events and catering, so a team outing or birthday can cover the game and the meal in one trip. See our team building page for group details.
